Facilities Management

The integration between property management and facilities management continues. M J Mapp has a number of very experienced facilities managers working on all our multi-let buildings.

Our facilities managers ensure that; approved contractors are performing at the required level; minor repair works are carried out quickly and efficiently; occupiers are kept informed of what is going on in the building; there is full compliance with health and safety and other statutory controls; priority is given to sustainability and good environmental practice; and that our on-site staff are well looked after and trained in providing the best possible customer care.

We have in-house Health & Safety and Sustainability teams and we run an Approved Contractor Scheme to ensure all of our suppliers are compliant with a vast array of appropriate legislation and best practices, as well as delivering value for money.
