M J Mapp has been instructed to provide a Facilities Management service to a number of assets owned and asset managed by Epic Property Asset Management. The properties include 120 Old Broad Street, a 48,000 sq ft multi-tenanted office building in the City, Russell Square House, a multi-tenanted office building totalling 67,000 sq ft in mid-town, 3-5 Burlington Gardens, a 44,000 sq ft multi-let building in the heart of Mayfair along with a 97,000 sq ft office campus in Exeter.
