M J Mapp manages Shaftesbury’s Chinatown portfolio comprising a mix of property located in central London between Shaftesbury Avenue and Leicester Square, and Shaftesbury’s Berwick Street portfolio located in the heart of Soho.

The portfolios combined have a value of over £400m and comprise approximately 70 restaurants and leisure units totaling 200,000 sq ft, 80 shops totaling 75,000 sq ft, 105 residential apartments and 75,000 sq ft of offices.

The portfolios have unique characteristics requiring a bespoke management approach. We work closely with Shaftesbury in their drive to invest in the local environment to enhance these particular destinations of London. Further, we are working closely with Shaftesbury, their occupiers and contractors to create desirable accommodation, whilst very mindful of the environment and sustainability.
