Our Directors

David Clein joined M J Mapp in December 2004. He became an equity partner in 2007 and was made Deputy Managing Director in 2009. He is now responsible for service delivery across all teams within the business. David initially ran a team looking after a number of portfolios for clients including Protego Real Estate Investors, CBRE Investors, Shaftesbury and NFU Mutual. David, along with Adrian Allen, is responsible for ensuring the day-to-day activities of the property management function are running to our expected standards.

Before joining M J Mapp, David was employed as a Divisional Director by Nelson Bakewell where he headed up the management of portfolios on behalf of Henderson Global Investors, Morley Fund Management and Arlington Property Investors.

David enjoys travel, plays rugby, enjoys cycling (very occasionally to work) and lives in Oxshott with his wife Elizabeth and daughter Isabella.

He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
