Our Directors

Tina Kikaj joined M J Mapp in January 2009 and is the Director in charge of client accounting. Tina is responsible for the day to day operations of the day to day financial management and ensuring compliance, in order to provide accurate and effective accounting services to our clients.

Before joining M J Mapp, Tina was Director of Client Accounting at Cushman & Wakefield where she was instrumental in developing and implementing structures, systems, procedures and a robust team to support and service a business against a background of increased compliance and transparency.

Outside of work, Tina loves to bake and is an avid reader who spends any spare time with a good book in hand.

Tina lives in Buckinghamshire, is married to Matt with three children, Hana, Tom and Ben.
