Mark Hearn
Director
Mark Hearn joined M J Mapp in March 2004 and is the Director responsible for the management of the Aberdeen Property Investors portfolio. The portfolio comprises over 200 properties with 1,200 tenants.
The portfolio includes prime central London offices, retail parks, shopping and leisure centres, industrial estates, regional offices and business parks with a value of £3bn.
Before joining M J Mapp, Mark was at Atis Real where he managed the Merrill Lynch portfolio, and before that he was employed by the Taylor Woodrow Property Company.
Mark lives in East Sussex.
He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
