<div class="info"> Nigel Mapp set up M J Mapp in 1998 and, with the help of colleagues, has built a company that has become a market leader in the provision of commercial property management advice. The business, through its reputation, has grown and now employs over 100 people within its property management and facilities management companies. Much of this growth has come from the strategic decision made in early 2000 to focus on property and estate management. Nigel's day-to-day activity is centred around ensuring that the company's existing clients are receiving a level of service beyond that which is expected; developing new relationships and clients; recruiting and managing the team; as well as dealing with the various layers of statutory and professional compliance. </div> <div class="info"> Nigel has travelled extensively, is an avid skier and enjoys reading, golf, sailing and the ups and downs of English rugby at Twickenham. Nigel is an active member of the Anglican Church in west London. He is also a Trustee of the St Paul's Centre charitable organisation which provides support to various projects involved with reaching out to socially disadvantaged 16-25 year olds. He lives in Barnes with his wife Nicky, his five children all of whom are seven or under, and a tortoise.
