The Aberdeen Asset Management portfolios have a capital value in excess of £3bn, comprising over 1,200 tenants in more than 200 properties.

The properties comprise single and multi-let buildings, spread throughout the whole of the UK and include office, industrial, retail, retail warehouse and shopping centres.

The Aberdeen Asset Management mandate comprises a number of individual investment and pension fund clients, including Barclays Bank UK Retirement Fund, Barclays Life, Aberdeen UK Retail Parks, Alecta Pensionsforsakring Omsesidigt, Two Rivers Limited Partnership, and the Aberdeen Active Property Fund.
