Portfolio: CBRE Investors

M J Mapp manages a number of multi-let properties within three portfolios for CBRE Investors with a value in excess of £600m.

Properties in the IBM UK Pension Fund comprises multi-let offices, retail trade parks and industrial. Properties in Berkeley Square Common Investment Fund are more geographically spread and include shopping centres in the West Midlands. The Allied Domecq Pension Fund has seven buildings spread throughout the UK with more of a retail focus.
