M J Mapp manages three funds for Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers comprising industrial, retail and office properties all over the UK, c.280 tenants and a total annual rent roll in excess of £14.5m. We work closely with the occupiers to ensure our client is providing an exceptional product to meet occupiers’ current and future requirements, whilst also working closely with our client to identify and implement asset management initiatives to maximise income and minimise voids.
