Portfolio: Greenhills Asset Management

Between 2004 and 2006 M J Mapp managed the £550m Hemingway portfolio which comprised a number of City office buildings including Knollys House EC3 and various properties on Mark Lane, The Minories and Fenchurch Street.

In 2006 Steve Jobburn and other ‘Hemingway’ directors created Greenhills Real Estate. The value of the Greenhills portfolio, which has a focus on regional office buildings and business parks, now stands at £575m.

M J Mapp manages all the multi-let properties in the portfolio including 77 Gracechurch Street EC3 and office buildings in Horley, Fareham, Bracknell, Solihull and Redhill. Greenhills also owns Croxley Green Business Park, Watford, which is the largest single-ownership business park in south east England. M J Mapp is working closely with Greenhills to redefine the business park to create an energy-efficient space within an environmental and sustainable community and to offer an unparalleled level of service to occupiers.
