M J Mapp manages two funds worth in excess of £600m for Orchard Street Investment Management LLP.
These funds are St James’s Place UK Plc and St James’s Place Property Unit Trust which include several joint venture sites, namely The New London House Trust, The Rose Court Trust and The Stevenage Trust.
The properties comprise single and multi-let buildings, spread throughout the UK and include office, industrial, retail, shopping centres and hotel with over 200 tenants in excess of 50 properties.
