Our shopping centre team manages the Orchards Centre in Dartford, which is owned by Freshwater Group and opened in the early 1980s.

We are now working closely with the owners, architect and professional team to undertake a comprehensive refurbishment.

M J Mapp has a crucial role to play in the refurbishment of the centre, and we are providing support to the owners on the existing systems and M&E installations, as well as guidance on the finishes & design of the new proposals.
